Sandy Hindman
Co-Founder
Sandy studied political science and philosophy at Tulane and spent a stint on Capitol Hill as a congressional intern before landing in real estate development, where he works on the business development and strategy side of a large master-planned community portfolio.
That background is why Mailbox Bros runs like a real company instead of a truck with a phone number. He handles the growth, the partnerships, and the builder and HOA relationships that keep our crews booked.
He's the one who makes sure a quote gets answered the same day and that the job on the calendar is the job that shows up at your curb.
Walter Hindman
Co-Founder
Walter is a home-service entrepreneur who believes small jobs deserve the same professionalism as big projects. After building JunkDrop into Nashville's top-rated junk removal company, with more than 650 five-star reviews, he co-founded Mailbox Bros to bring that same dependable experience to mailbox installation.
For the Houston location, Walter focuses on the systems behind the service: clear pricing, simple scheduling, responsive communication, and a consistent standard for every installation. His goal is to make sure customers know what to expect from the first message through the finished job.
He works with the Houston team to keep the operation organized and customer-focused, so local homeowners receive clean workmanship, reliable arrival times, and a mailbox that looks right at the curb.
Zach Hyde
Co-Founder
Zach grew up in California and spent years in construction — framing, finish work, and setting posts dead-level — before making Houston his full-time home.
He's the hands-on builder of the crew, bringing a craftsman's eye to every install. If it's going in the ground, Zach makes sure it's solid, straight, and built to last.
John Pickens
Team Member
John is from Clarksville, Tennessee, and attends Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). He also plays baseball, bringing a team-first spirit to life on and off the field.
